Reports have come in from the Calgary Clubs that held special events on Bowls Canada Day, June 3rd as well as from one Edmonton Club. The events were well attended under beautiful spring skies and great temperatures.
Bow Valley’s Open House was well attended by 50 guests.

Calgary Lawn held a Try-it Day with 36 people dropping by.
All ages enjoyed the game.
The Open House at Stanley Park drew 33 people to come try rolling some bowls.
Members brought friends to learn the game.
Commonwealth Club hosted a Bowls For Balance Fundraiser for a local charity in which 60 people were introduced to our sport.
The event was tremendously enjoyed.
